Hi everyone...

For quite some time I've been thinking about getting a personlized plate for my truck (due in about 10 days) and was wondering what everyone else has or has thought about?

I've done a small search in Google and came up with this site - not to bad for getting started for those that are not that creative. My goal was to find a site that would generate possible plates from a saying. For instance, "You too close" turns out to be U2CLOSE

So those guys out there, share your ideas and lets see how creative of a bunch we have. Or share web links that have more information than the one above.

I don't know about other states, but Nebraska is 7 letter limit...

Hate tailgaters = H8TG8RS

You too close = U2CLOSE

Michael,

I don't know if there are any in your state, but in mine (Utah) My license plate is:1GR8RAM, meaning "One Great Ram"

Here in Wyo we are only allowed 4 letters  so options are limited but as you can see by my sig I went with "CUMN"

I get alot of comment from it , originally I wanted "CUMR" but they say it was already taken  I havnt seen it around but I guess its there... ... ... ... ... ... ... ..... Kevin

Best one I've seen was on a million dollar Prevost that came around my HR fiver at about 80 MPH that said,

NO1UNO

My second favorite was on the rig of a surveyor I hired on a pipeline job,

1MNSUVR

and he was too, had all remote equipment so he could do it all by his self.

I have a normal NM plate on the back of my Ram, but on the front is the plate from the truck I had with me in Italy - (Allied Forces Italy) AFI N-48361 - holds the place of honor on every truck I have had since '88.

Some of the young gate guards here at our local Air Force Base think AFI stands for "Air Force Inspector". :) :)
