Phantom II questions

Installed my much needed Phantom II 60# boost gauge yesterday... one problem... the light does not dim like my regular Phantom that I replaced did. Had to have the bright light in my face all the way to L. A. this morning, how do you dim a phantom II gauge? Special dimmer box required, don't see any listed in the Jeg's catalog, or can I tap into the dimmer on my DiPricol Rail Pressure gauge?

That's odd. Is it LED lighting maybe? Nothing in the documentation? Try tapping the dimmer on the rail pressure gauge and see what happens...

I take it they are LED ... the description says they " have intense throught the dial" white LED lightingand a brilliant red LED lit pointer... . , and trust me, when they say "brilliant", they aren't kidding !!!! But, I've never seen a gauge where you couldn't control the lighting on.

Figured it out... Autometer part # 9114 Ordered 2 of them, 1 for each truck, now I can install the A pillar and tach in the 93 tomorrow, dimmers will be here Thursday!
