how do I create one?

Click on the "readers rigs" section, (top right corner of this page), then click on "manage my gallery" (just above the album list), then click on "Create new album", fill in the appropriate information, click "Create", then you will see where to upload your pictures, remember the file can be no larger than 122800 bytes, it will let you know if your pics are too big, then you'll have to resize them.
