For any interested, last night I just finished my DVD player install. Check the readers rigs at left for pictures.

Thanks for the compliments. It took about a month to do, but I could only work on it at night when there wasn't other things going on. The hardest thing to do was to decide to go ahead and chop up the DVD's original packaging.



I think it turned out sweet. I also installed an FM Modulator to bring the audio through the stereo system, but I forgot to take pictures of that, I was anxious to complete the install.

Looks great and the closed lid keeps the prying eyes of thieves away. I bet it made the kiddies happy... and quiet too

I was trying to keep it looking "stock", and as far as the kids go, I'll find out next week, we have a 10 hr. drive to get to where we are going for vacation.
