pic in readers rigs

can someone tell me how to get a pic of my truck in the readers rigs section. everytime i try it kicks it back because the pic is "to big" thanks for the help

I suggest making the pic 800 by 600 pixels, and the file size must be <120k. If your photo editor can't save in varying levels of JPEG quality, you'll have to resize the picture manually until you get a file size <120k.

thanks but i have tried to resize. it is probly my lack of knowledge but it will not get any less than 144. maybe a pic with less back ground???? also how do i get the sig to work? sorry for the stupid ?'s but this computer thing is not my bag.

What photo editor are you using? What sort of camera did you use to take the pics? You've run into a problem where you've got a photo with so much information in it that even squishing it down won't get the file size down. The only way to fix it is to reduce the information content. Try using a format other than JPEG... like BMP. I think BMP files might be a little smaller than JPEGs, but I'm not sure. Or, if you want, email me the pic(s) and I'll use my software to resize them so they'll fit...
