2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission pic of the seal going into the X-fer case

this is a pic of the seal to the rear of the flange fitting to the shaft going into the transfer case.....



does it look like i need a new one? is this why i am seeing fluid ?



p. s. sure would be nice to be able to post pics bigger than 32k... ..... anyone listening..... not that i haven't gotten my $35 worth...

I had a seal leaking before to, I just went to the dealer and had then replace it under warranty. No problem now

well, you have an 01. i, fortunately, don't travel to the stealer... ... . and i have a 96 that i put 50k on in the last 10mo.
