Pics of new bedroom remodel

Some of you might have noticed I have been away for about a month... . Been remodeling my bedroom...



i had a room that was 11' X 11' with a reach in closet and narrow entry from the door. . The room next to mine was the spare room and was about thesame size. My room had floor to ceiling paneling and the other room had chair-rail... . when I took them off, I decided to find a nice new paneling to put back up.



I knocked out the closet in my room which separates to make 1 big bedroom. and built a walk in closet that's 6' X 6'



Here's my end of the bedroom with the paneling off. Wall board got messed with the glue...

Here is the view to the other bedroom now that the closet is gone... . The framing is the wall of my new closet.

The stud in the center by the door, is the old entry of my room, getting walled.

Here is the Pocket door for the new walk-in closet. uses a 36" door... Great unit I found has 2 trucks and 8 wheels..... whisper smooth!!

So here is the rest of the room, you see where the walk-in closet comes into the other room and there is a desk at the end of it. i bought several Sauder brand furniture to have a nice space...

So here you see the new closet and the existing entry to the other bedroom and the walled up entry by the dust mop... the dark case is a bookcase with doors to store stuff and the open case is for my good books...



The size of the room is 11-12' deep and 23 1/2' wide.

Heres my entertaiment center. for TV, DVD, Playstation, and radio.

And here is where I will be browsing the TDR!!... . I had to run 60' of Ethernet and TV cable through the house to get this hooked up...

I Like to do models and RC cars so I got this mobile hobby/craft table. . it was regular wood top but I put a durable top and molding edge so it will take abuse of models and such... The leaves fold down and rolls into the closet (See earlier pics)

I'm sure disappointed. I thought for sure there was going to be mirrors on the ceiling and etc.
