Any body have some side view pics of their truck with the 54 gallon midship replacement tank installed. Ive been wanting one of the these, but im worried i wont like the way the truck looks with the tank hanging down. I just hate the way the new chevy's look with the frame hanging way down, and im worried the tank will give my dodge the same look. I am of the understanding that the tranferflow hangs down to the level of the transfer case skid plate. I want the tank, but an not willing to give up the looks of the truck.

Phil,

You might PM or email Joe Donelly. He did one on Sickly, had a nice write up in a TDR issue several months back, maybe last year... . I'm sure he'd be kind enough to go take a couple picures for you and email or post them here. I am 99% sure I'm going to get one of these myself :)

Tom

I'm not sure whether I have a side pic you can view or not however,

I have seen it (on of course) my Ram (an ALL black QC 4x4 Sport) as well as a white '98 SLT QC 4x4 (Dave Perea's Ram... "1HOT RAM")...

and, after seeing the tank mounted in Dave's Ram, I was sold! I don't personally think it detracts from the aesthetics of my Ram, in fact, I think it gives it more of a bold, no BS, take no prisoners kind of look! :D

but... that's just my opinion. :D

Personally I wouldn't be without it!
