Picture attachment too big?

I am trying to post a picture, but I keep getting an error that says it is too big and it can only be 400 X 400. Is it talking about pixels? The file is only 89K.

Yes 400x400 is the pixel limit. 102k is the file size limit. Need to resize it sounds like.

Thanks KatDiesel... I had to crop the photo and then set to 400X390 pixels to get it to take. Didn't come out too clear cause all I had to work with was MS Photo Editor



Anyway... served the purpose.

A pretty good program is Irfanview. Its freeware on the web and does about all I need.
