picture in profile?

How do I put a picture in my profile like yours Steve? I've noticed a couple of people have them and I found one I'd like to add but don't see the place to do it in my profile.

Those things are called "avatars". I was wondering about this myself a while ago too. The deal is that they have been disabled due to using excessive bandwidth on the servers. They still show up in the profiles of those who had them before the change was made. Oh well. (note, I could be mistaken, if so I'm sure I will be corrected )
