The Su-27 (the Su-30 is the two-seater) has set more than 40 world records of altitude and take-off-speed and was the first aircraft to go supersonic vertically and it currently holds the altitude/time climb record (49,000 ft. in 70 seconds).
And you can experience 30 minutes of rolls, loops, Immelmans, split-Ss, tail-slides, Pugachev’s cobra, power turns, power diving, and power climbs in a g-suit for a mere 8900 USD excluding travel expenses to Moscow. They will even let you fly it, of course how much you get to do in it depends upon your flying skills, but even with no flying skills whatsoever you still get to do turns, climbs, power climbs, power turns, and flying through the sound barrier.
