I dont think the Ram will die, not just yet. If Dodge does kick the bucket and close up shop, Sterling has way to much invested in the Dodge platform for its C&C to let it flop. Who knows, we might end up with Sterling Bullet C&C trucks, and Sterling Ram 1/2-1ton trucks... . just a thought. The Ram is one of the most selling vehicles behind the Mini-Van, so I dont think they will completely die. And now that VW has a vested interest in the Minivan production, again, I see Chrysler pulling through this some how... . Just not how most would like... but I wouldnt put a nail in the coffin just yet.

My understanding is that Sterling is gone and of course the Bullet along with it. I don't think there is a Sterling to fall back to, BUT I do agree that the Ram trucks will proably be one of the last things to go if Dodge tanks.

Though the platform will share the sheet metal from the 2010 Ram 2500/3500 heavy-duty pickups,it will share interiors with the 2009 Dodge 1500

I Think if you look at the Interior of a 09 You will have a pretty good idea!

yep the only thing that it will share with the 1500's is the interior

they havn't said if they are gonna keep or get rid of the megacab heavy duty's, the 1500 mega's are gonna for sure, that has been said by chrysler, don't be surprised if you see megacab long boxes from the factory or a crew cab long box.

Sales dude from local dealership here said the term "mega cab" is going away, and the new cabs will be bigger than today's quad cab but not as big as the mega. He didn't say what it would be called.

there is a crew cab which is already out in the 09 1500's but there isn't a for sure yes or no for the mega's in the 2010 HD's, sounds to me from all the reading I have done on different sites that the mega is a go for the HD only.
