if you have no FTP space you can upload by starting an account at www.photopoint.com and attaching the pic to an email sent to photopoint or download their uploading program.

so just use the #ad
tag after the address.
Or you can use HTML
like this
img src="type in the address here"
but put a < before img and a > after the the quotation mark
