Here's a couple pictures of the cold air intake installation on my 03 dodge.

That's nice... does it draw from the oem fender well port, or does it also have a PSM type hose from the bottom as well?? Also curious what kind of filter it uses, oiled or paper??

It does draw from the oem fender and it also has a hard plastic piece that attaches to the bottom of the box and faces towards your wheel well, so it also draws from the bottom. The one I purchased came with an oiled filter, but you can use the same assembly and also use a paper filter. I'll be buying a paper filter to put in when I have to clean the oiled filter. Another thing you can do with it is add a ram air intake that mounts underneath your front bumper and draws into the bottom of the box.

I think that the hose extension from bottom of the airbox to t is a GREAT idea. Many people here, including myself, have done this homemade "PSM type" air box mod using the oem airbox. I DO wonder, however, whether the scoops actually force air in, or are there only for looks. If they actually help to force air in, that would be great.

I like the that you can see the filter, and cool air is a must.

Looks nice, I had an AFE and a AEM Workhorse, the S&B looks like a nicer product.
