I have a 98. 5 2500 and have half gauges working checked fuses, changed wiring harness under the dash due to the last owners lack of wiring knowledge. And everything else I was told to check, was checked. Is it possible to wire the sensors directly and if so what is the pin out for the cluster. The gauges are oil, tach and temp gauge that are not working. PCM was swapped with a good one and another instrument cluster was also no change. I have voltage on all listed sensors to include the pulse train to the ECM. Engine starts and runs fine so I know it cannot be the ECM or PCM . Thanks Damon

Send me an e-mail and I'll fwd a copy of the pinout. Don't know if that will help you, however. Did you have the dealer flash your new PCM/ECM? I think nearly all gauges are controlled by them and the PCM is VIN specific.
