There were some people that did that to their trucks over on the other sites. They had some pictures of the finished projects, they looked good. If no one here has info, check around. Have you contacted detail shops in your area?

Hey Joe KilBurn
The Stipe on that truck was done 1 of 2 ways.
1. It could have been done with a plotter which is basically a decal which is a whole lot cheeper but lacks the custom appeal.
2. It could have been done by hand and a pinstripe brush or a airbrush We do this alot but dont advertise it.
If you would like more info check our my wed site. www.kccustoms.com and you will know what I'm talking about.

What is the deal with your web site? When I try to access it, I get a message that says it is "forbidden".

I got the same thing

2001 Ram 2500HD 4x4 Quad Cab, Slt, Auto, Long-bed, 354 Anti-Spin Differential, White Clear Coat / Light Driftwood Satin Glow, Trailer Tow Group, Snow Plow Prep, Camper Special, Brakes Pwr Disc/Drum, Rr Anti-Lock, every thing but leather.

The stripes on my truck were hand painted by
Roy Dunn in Seattle Washington. 206-824-9504
The stripes fade from dark to light from front to back. I just told Roy the basic design and colors I wanted to use and let him do what he wanted. After seeing the photo
albums of his work I knew I like the finished product. A good shop can help you decide what will look good if you have a basic idea of what you want.

Thanks for the info,I think i will let it go for now. My son in law is a PPG painter and he wonts to paint the truck. The color that he has picked out is bone for the hole truck and a black perl for the top and on top of the front fenders. He says that the black will change colors as you walk around it. I not sure what he means but i will let him have fun with it. Can't wate to see the out come.
