Pivot Arm Setting

Does anyone here have a suggestion for which pivot arm position I should use? There are 12 available positions in the set up with my new Ram 3500 dully 4x4. It has air suspension. I'm hooking up a Montana 3791RD 5th wheel using the B&W Companion OEM Ram Hitch that I just picked up yesterday. It would save me some trial and error if someone else has already gone through this adjustment in installation. Any ideas would really help. https://imgur.com/tltSnGb

Place arms FULL forward with the edges of the supports forward that are straight. I also placed mine in the lowest position. Good choice on the air and B&W!!!
