2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Plastic cover for tailgate handle

I'm buying a new tailgate for my Ram. I'm missing the black plastic cover that goes around the hole in the tailgate where the handle is located. Anyone know where you can buy one of these and if you have purchased one from Dodge, can you remember the price tag? I've seen the tailgate handle on eBay but not the cover, except for covers featuring locks.
