Plastic fasteners under hood with torx fitting?

Where can I find the plastic nuts that secure the plastic panel that runs across the top of the firewall? They look this but they have a torx fitting and they have female threads to screw onto the nylon studs.

Let me know if anyone has a link to where i can buy them.
