I know this has been beaten to death many times but please bear with me. Is there a location where one can view what the various plate profiles look like? I pulled the Banks plate from my engine and took a picture of it together with the stock plate. Now I'd like to compare it to others to see just what it is.

Here's a #4 and a stock plate. Minus the nose @ the bottom, it's cut just a little deeper than a #0 in the deepest point, coming back to almost as deep as a #0. It's one obscene plate in a 215hp pump. :-laf

What is the advantage of the lip on the 100 plate vs. the flat 0 plate? And which one will give a 215 pump the most power?

The lip on the 100 gives the pump a little defueling on the bottom end so it isnt a total smoke show. the 0 will give the most, but will be real somkey and you'll need some big air to burn the fuel its puttin out
