It took me two days and a lot of boken tools to finally get it off with a 3/4" drive breaker bar with a 5ft cheater pipe. I stood on the end and jumped up and down, don't know what caused it to finally give but it did. I used lots of pb blaster as you're doing.

I did the same as Forrest. 3/4 inch breaker bar, with a cheater pipe, and some PB Blaster. I was lucky, though. My bearing wasn't siezed, yet. I heard it start grinding, and was able to stop, and get the truck towed home. Wait until you get to the 4 bolts on the back of the knuckle.

I had the same problem on my 99V10 with D60 front axle.

I just used the weight of the truck to break mine loose. My impact gun only goes upto 450 ft/lbs.

I stuck a pry bar in the lug nuts and slowly lowered the truck to the ground with a breaker bar on it.

Note: I did this in my garage with cement floor.

Good luck.

Might be some over TQing going on , on some trucks , that can make the bearings go early .
I do not remember , but it may also change from yr to yr , about 180 ft lbs is about right .
A good 1/2" impact & 90lbs air pressure .

While putting lots of pressure on the nut with a cheater bar, strike the edge of the nut with a punch and a BFH. A two person job, but it often works.

thanks for the replys after two hours of jumpingOo. 2 cans of pb and a beer i went to bed maybe today will be my day.

thanks Nathan.

Is the axle out of the truck already? Or are you dealing with this issue while the axle is still in the axle tube?

Set it up so that the wrench handle is just below level on the side of the nut you have to lift up. Place hydraulic jack between handle and floor. Very carefully lift with jack. If it slips you may get a breaker bar in the teeth. I did this on the axle nuts and the four bolts in the back. They have locktite on them plus are very tight.

thanks tom i got it after breaking two 3\4 craftmens breaker bars :) thank you life time warranty
thanks for all the replys nathan.

ps no broken teeth:D

I don't think mine went early. 130000+ hard miles, and 11 years. I'm actually surprised they lasted this long, since there's really no way to maintain them.
