My truck died and i have no gauges on dash there is power to all fuses. Im thinking it is the computer but which one the pcm or the ecm?it turns over but wont fire. I tried to get codes but the smarty wont connect?

When i test the instrument panel i got 920,921 codes, which is no speed message from pcm,no distance pulse message.

Does the odometer in the dash show "no bus" ?

trucks at the dealer, they said far as they can tell right now there is a short in the wireing harness somewhere?they will have to dig and see what it is.

can the edge comp short out something?
