Please say a prayer for HVAC...

Early this morning I received a phone call from Richard (Mad-dog) informing me that Nowel (HVAC) has had a serious stroke while in route to a truck event in Texas. Richard and I felt it appropriate being that so many of you on the TDR are friends of Nowel that we would post this on here and ask all of you to say a prayer for him. At this stage we know little on how he will recover. Fortunately Richard was traveling with Nowel and this occurred in a truck stop so Nowel received prompt medical attention things could have been so much worse has he been at the wheel when this happened. I will post any updates as to his condition but for now you thoughts and prayers are much appreciated.

My other half had a major stroke a few years ago. She is doing very well now. The biggest factor was her self determination and the support and encouragement of family and friends early on.



Hang in their Nowel, our thoughts are with you.

The fact that he got prompt attention is good too. A lot can be done nowadays if the person can get to a hospital within a couple of hours, if so they can give a shot which really helps most stroke victims recover.
