Plug it Right & renegage manufacturing

Was needing some feedback on the companies which i mentioned in my subject heading, has anyone dealt with either of these companies and if so what were your results, what kind of service etc. .

Im needing to replace my belt tensioner pulley its squaling like a skinned cat:-laf, and i need to get a goose neck hitch also and am looking a PLUG IT RIGHT for my pulley and RENEGADE MANUFACT. for my goose neck hitch and and all replies will be greatful. .

I bought my tensioner pulley from Plug it right and they were terrific to deal with. They only take cash, check or money orders but sent my pulley next day air and trusted me to send them a check. ( which I did that day )

Nice to know that there are honest folks out there still!!

I was researching hitches and sent renegade mfg an email. One of the reps from their factory called me 4 different times till she finally got ahold of me. They were knowledgable and eager to answer any questions.



I think they are fighting a marketing battle because turn-over-ball has such a good reputation and renegade is trying to cut into that market with their 5th whell conversion hitch.



I chose to go with the renegade goose neck hitch based on my experience. The install was good and I'm happy so far. I don't know about their 5th wheel hitch but that isn't a concern for me as of yet.
