About a year and half ago, my first lp went out and I replaced it with the "campaign pump" and a Vulcan bigline kit. 2 weeks ago, I noticed I suddenly had only 3 psi fuel pressure so I went home and parked the truck. I ordered an upgraded Racor replacement and after receiving it, proceeded to replace the old pump. When I got the new one on however, I still had no fuel coming from through the pump. I did the bottle test and the pump worked fine, so I started checking my fuel line for obstructions. I found it just before the 3/8 line goes into the fitting to the lp; this was part of the Vulcan kit that transitioned the 3/8 in. fuel line from the tank to the 1/2 line through and out the pump. What I found is that the 3/8 in. line provided by Vulcan in the kit had some sort of lining in it, looked like plastic. A piece of this appeared to have melted and blocked off the passage to the lp. I had just put a small bottle of Stanadyne fuel treatment in about a half tank of fuel a couple of days before, other wise, no other additives were in the tank. Could the additive have broken down or melted the plastic liner in the fuel line? What else could have caused this? Once I replaced that short piece of 3/8 line, everything flowed great and the truck is running great. I wrote this just to see if this has happened to anyone else. BTW, the Stanadyne formula used is the one recommended by TDR Mag. an issue or two back.

The lining in the vulcan line is bio diesel compatible and won't be hurt by the additive. What is likely, when you pushed the fitting in, the liner got pushed back, kinda wadded up.
I had the same problem when putting my stuff together. I noticed it when i blew through one of the hoses, i cut the fitting off and it was wadded up. I used some wd to lube the hose/liner (which the newly cut was tight inside the hose).
I have also had a piece of their hose and a piece of draw straw soaking in a small jar full of bio for over 2 years and it is still just like new.
