Fuel Tank Leak?

What do you guys do for plugging in your rigs at motels or sitting outside work all day? I'm just moving to Illinois and am new to the plugging in phenomenon so bear with me!

I carry a long extension cord with me when winter traveling and usually can find somewhere to plug in. Many motels will have several outside receptacles if you cruise around a take a look. I've even gone as far as parking close to the motel room and running a cord out the window if temps are going to be sub-zero.

[is it necessary or just an option? I wonder my self, its hot here in Houston]

If no plug ins are available

laketex,

If you use Stanadyne Performance Formula you can get away without plugging in (If no plugins are available) ,I do prefer to plug in however!!!! I've been using this stuff for a few years in my '95 CTD and I can really tell the difference, really reduces the cloud point, engine stumbles a lot less during below zero starts(when I can't plug it in) and economy and power are both improved, everyone I know who tried the stuff loves it, I run it in summer, too.

Diesel Injection Service has the best prices I've found so far, I get it in the 1/2 gallon case for $84 + shipping.
