I have 2 square plugs at the bottom of the dash molding (just above the 4x4 shifter). One is black and the other is blue. The black one is slightly larger than the blue one.

What are these plugs for?

TIA

Nathan

The black one is the connection for reading the codes and checking the OBD-II system and the blue one is the factory connection for hooking up a trailer brake controller.

on edit: oopppss, you've got a 94, maybe thats not what they are for.

I looked at my buddies 97 and it doesn't have the plugs like mine. I saw the plug for the OBD-II system and his trailer brake hook up is over by the parking brake.

These plugs aren't very big. I wish I could get a picture of them but my parents digital camera wont work with my computer.
