PLV source

Does anybody know of a source from which to get a rail pressure limiting valve to fit my year truck's engine? Is it available from Cummins? If so, what is the part #? I know Geno's sells a rail/PLV/pressure sensor combo, but at this point I'd rather just buy a PLV if that's the less expensive way to go.
