PM read receipts

It seems like all the PM's I get lately, are asking for PM read receipts. I think that the reason for this is that when you go to send a PM, it asks if you want a read receipt. Your options are yes or Cancel. It might be mistaken for the button that will cancel the whole PM. Is there a way to change this to where is says Yes or No instead of cancel?



Not that big of a deal though, just a thought.
