PM stuck

Just wondering why I can't PM anyone. Tells me I'm exceeding the 60 second interval. Shoot have'nt sent any yet, it won't let me.

I just sent you a PM and it seemed to go out fine. Sorry I can't help more. I have been recieving my PM's fine too.

Got it OK just cannot reply. Still a bulletin message comes up cannot send out but one every 60 seconds. Maybe I've messed up and am on PM probation?:--)
