PM's not working...

I have been trying to reply to a PM all afternoon. When I click send message it locks up.

They are having trouble at our host facility right now with a power circuit. Here is the message we got from them:

Please be advised that a power panel controlling a portion of the Data Center is having intermittent problems. This is only affecting a portion of the Data Center and not the entire facility. At this time the panel has been powered down while electricians repair the problem. Please be advised that over the next 60 minutes we will be making power modifications to correct the issues at hand. During this time some of you may experience difficulty accessing your website or server, however we are working diligently to correct the problem at hand. Thank you for

your patience.

The DNS server that we use is probably on that circuit. When the DNS server is down the system will slow down when sending emails because it can't look up those addresses. When you send a PM it is sending out an email notification to that user and is why it's slow. If you wait it will go through - it just may take 30 seconds to a minute to go through. Hopefully they will have the power panel fixed soon.
