PO 237 Code

I received my outlook monitor tonight... Got everything plugged in right (I Think)... . Everything cycled well and when I climbed in the seat to go for a ride I notice the "check engine" light is on. I proceeded to plug in the power pup and scan for codes... it came back PO 237 (boost low). I checked both connections , basically re-installed it and the same thing showed up. The only thing in the install that I did not do was install the pyro, UPS comes too late in the day in my neck of the woods, so I plan on doing that tomorrow.

I don't see why but could that be the problem? Also, I noticed that the receptacle from the outlook to the Data Link plug does not have a male connection on one side. Is this normal or could this be a problem? I guess I am just looking for any opinions on what I am doing wrong.
