Got a check engine light with a code of PO237. Checked connections on sensors and narrowed it down to when I dissconnect my quadzilla max mileage w/zxt I dont get the check engine light. as soon as I replug the harness connectors check engine light again. could it be the quadzilla box??? I see nothing wrong with the harness... .

SET CONDITION

The MAP sensor signal voltage is below 0. 1 volt for 2. 0 seconds with engine running.



POSSIBLE CAUSES





"Boost pressure test" did not pass

5-volt supply voltage low code present

No possible causes remaining

5-volt supply circuit open

MAP sensor signal circuit short to ground

MAP sensor signal circuit short to sensor ground circuit

Wiring harness intermittent defect

Wiring harness observable defect

Engine control module defective

MAP sensor defective

I will double check the quadzilla harness. But the truck runs fine with out check engine light when quad harness is not hooked up. I will still check voltage at the map sensor to verify. Drove back in forth to work today without a check engine light and also no stummble at low rpm quadzilla un hooked. I have had this quad box for 2 years with no problems up until now.

Well I left a message quadzilla. I will let you guys know what I find out. Drove again today with truck stock and still no check engine light. Light will light right away when you plug the quadzilla in.

I would say thats your problem then. Being the quadzilla is a programmer and technically flashes the ecm, there maybe a corrupt file. Have you checked for updates? Can you download tunes of the internet with it? I'm not familiar with quadzilla. Just suggestions.

The box has had the latest updates. Talked with Jeremy at quad and he had my check some things. I am now sending the box and harness to quadzilla to get checked out. Must be something in the box. tripple checked my connections and checked my harness with an ohm meter all goes back to the box. My box is out of warranty so the repair will be my cost rightfully so.

With the Quad Adrenaline I made a mistake and did not connect the one wire to battery negative after doing some work on the truck. I am not sure yours has this connection but will tell you it will through all kinds of codes!!!

Well I have got the box and harness back. They could not find anything but still reflashed the quad at no charge. I plugged it in and still get a code. I have been driving the truck for a month now without the quad plugged in with no 237 code. However I am having problems with the trans shifting into 2nd gear sometimes. When this happens I can sometimes feel somthing spring back in the accel pedal then shifts into gear. doesnt happen all the time. almost feels like a cable not coming back all the time?????
