How does your truck act aside from the popping Code?
What was (maybe) done to the truck before the code showed up the first time?

New fass system, new intake, straight pipe, booster fooler quadzilla, new fuel regulator. Oil change with hot shots stiction in it. I've checked most of my wiring and plugs nothing really seems to be bad

Easiest and first free step is check the torque of the connector tubes. According to Google that's the way to start. Afterwards it seems to use the parts gun to get rid of that code as it can have multiple sources.

I've replaced it. Still same thing happening still.

The tubes that are inbetween injection lines and the actual injector within the cylinder head.
