POD's w/ a 62/12 on a 5 sp truck?

I was thinking about doing a 62/14, but I found a 62/12, was wondering how this w/ POD's will be? I'm not looking for a drag truck, but I don't tow very heavy, when I do its 7K max open trailer on flat ground. Will the pod's spool this nicely and will this turbo keep everything cool? What is this turbo like in comparison to an HX40? Would a 14 housing be better? Thanks-Nick

Who's 62/12 may make a difference in how it spools. I think that would be a very good combo and am planning on that as a next step for both of my trucks. Both HTT and II's version seem to be very good at spooling with only a marginal difference from stock on the 3rd gens. It may take a bit of tuning but it looks doable.



Pretty sure you will need a 4" custom DP as these are an HX40 like setup.

Yes, its from II. I planning on getting rip's downpipe and welding a 4" HX40 flange to it.

That turbo should work good with PODs.

It will work, I ran one with stock injectors for a wile. I bought my down pipe from PDR.
