Polaris Diesel atv

Anybody have any input on the diesel Polaris atv?? A buddy of mine is looking at a 99 that his bank repo'd. His biggest concern is winter use.

To say they are slow is an understatement. Power is good on the low end.

Lotsa wierd problems with them too.
