I'v called the DC customer center(800-992-1997) to try to resolve my vibration problem after my dealer gave up. The customer center said they have not heard of this problem:--) ( I had him do a search) So now i waiting for the district Rep. to take a drive with me, So far the two dealerships i have taken it too, do feel the vibration, ( running the A/C makes it worse) but no one will put it in writing,They say it's a normal vibration. You can bet, when me and the Rep go for a test drive and he doesn't admit to feeling the vibration, One of us will have a long walk back, and it's "not" going to be me. However it has been a great truck!!!
