I am going to change the bushings on the old red rocket. I have 105k on the OD. Most of the factory rubber is cracked and loose. Has anybody used the ploy bushings and if so how did they work out. Is it a tough job putting them in? I am doing every one of them minus the body mounts. I am thinking of using energy suspension products.

I have installed Energy Suspension components in the past on Chevy Pickups and sportscars. They are well made and do work as advertised. The thing with polyurethane is they are so stiff, they require extra effort to install. Also, you need to grease them or they squeak like crazy. I put a set in lower control arms and we had to drill and weld nuts on the A arms and install grease fittings. Personally, i think the extra effort required to install them is worth it.
