Father-in-law called the other day with brake troubles. Said fluid was full but pedal goes to the floor. I was stupid and took his word. After 2 hours messing with combi valve and RWAl valve, I pulled the cap and the reservoir was bone dry!#@$%! Filled it and started pumping and you guessed it, fluid pouring out by back of fuel tank. (He says "oh yeah, I thought I overfilled and fuel was running out")
Anyway, Someone told me about polyarmor. I guess its fairly new. It has a coating on it that helps prevent rust. It does scratch off, so you have to be somewhat careful. What surprised me was how nice the stuff was to work with! Both flaring and bending was a LOT easier than the regular stuff I am used to. I always have to redo at least one dbl flare and mess around to keep from leaking. Either I was really lucky or this stuff is great as both ends flared perfect the first time and no leaks. It's worth checking out. Napa and Oreilly's carry it.
