I ordered the Dodge snapless tonneau when I bought my new 03 (had the dealer install) and it never seemed to fit right. Some slats were looser than others and I could not correct this by adjusting the rails. One or two of them collapsed last winter from 6" of snow which I never had happen with the tonneaus on my previous 2 trucks. The black vinyl is also discoloring in spots. Unfortunately it's over a year old - any chance I can get Dodge to warranty it?

I think that accessories installed by the dealer on a new truck carry the same warrantee as the truck. So you should be covered for three years. I may be wrong but check your book.

That's my understanding also. In addition to the manual, if you go to the Dodge website and following the links to find "accessories" for the trucks, I believe it says "three year warranty on dealer installed accessories" as well. I think the accessory has to show on your original truck purchase invoice, however.
