eBay Store - Top Gun Customz: Chevy, Block and U-Bolt Kits, 99-07 K1500 Pickup

This company has poor customer service and wiil not make right on there mistake

I ordered 4 shocks and a track bar bracket from them In early december. They sent the stuff to my OLD address ( which I had updated on paypal and ebay) and now there telling me that since the current resident signed for them . as far as there concerned the transaction is closed and that they deserve a good feedback and were upset with the negative feedback I left .

ebay says I'm right

paypal has it under review

and I'm still with out the parts I need AND paid in full for

If you use a credit card in your Pay-Pal transaction, call them and they will reverse the charges. Otherwise, contact your back for assistance.

I haven't been real happy with paypal when it comes to issues it all had to be done by email you can't get your point across properly. Credit cards work better. Hope you get it worked out.

When using Paypal or CC always leave in the message box to ship to confirmed address... Never and I mean Never use you BANK accounts always use CC for payments. . at some or most Banks Checking or saving accounts have only up to 14 days to dispute. if they used your old address how did they get it? Your new address should have been sent through PP with current and correct address.

I recently got zinged with a 165 dollar lose through paypal also. As stated above do not use direct pay from bank account as that is not disputable and the lack of support from paypal made me quit using them. I sent money to a person and the intended and actual recipients e-mail addresses only has an underscore difference in the addresses. and the registered e-mail of the wrong receiver was no longer a good one There is no way of contacting them but the bank account must have been good as my money was gone. #@$%! So much for honesty and returning my money.

As for Top gunz I have had great luck with a few purchase from them in the past.

I had an embarrassing moment a couple months ago-- I ordered snow tires for the car and they were shipped to our old address. (when I updated address at tirerack.com, I didn't realize I only changed my BILLING address)

The UPS truck was coming that day to pick up a package and I knew from the tracking numbers that the tires were also coming. I asked about the tires and a light went on in his head and he said he had just left them at the old address about 10 minutes ago. (he started the route about 3 years ago when we moved) He said it seemed like somebody was home because the garage was wide open and the stereo was loud inside. They didn't hear him knock, so he left the tires in the garage.

I jumped in the truck and headed over there and of course, the garage door is closed and there's no music. I knocked and rang the bell and a loud barking dog slobbered on the front window, but no other sign of life there.

I probably should've just driven the 2 or 3 miles home and tried again later. (forgot the name of the people we sold the house to so calling would take some digging) I went to the side door of the garage and looked in the window. I see the tires, all 4 mounted and balanced ready to go. I tried the knob and it was unlocked. I proceeded to walk in and get tire #1 and roll it out, open tailgate, and throw it in. I went back for #2, and then as I'm rolling out #3 I hear a voice right behind me "Can I help you?"

I was polite in explaining why I was in this woman's garage and loading my truck. I think she sort of remembered me from the closing even though she didn't look familiar at all. She was very nice and understood the situation, but it was sort of an awkward encounter.

Not sure why I felt like I had to share this, but I hope you get your stuff without any problem. :)

I Don't understand This part??? why Not just go To Your old address and ask for your parts, they have to know There was a Mistake! If they Want Turn Them over Then Go To The Police!

I don't see why they Signed for Them To start with? Them Being Stupid maybe!
