Popup Goose Neck Extender

I have a 2008 Megacab and am trying to figure out a way to get some additional cab clearance when towing my gooseneck horse trailer. Found a website for Popup brand gooseneck externers (PopUp Industries: Gooseneck Hitches and Fifth Wheel Towing Products) and they look like they might do the trick. Has anyone tried one - particularly the SB116?

We've sold a number of the standard 9" extensions to customers with shortbed trucks. It works great. I haven't seen the 16" in person yet but the only thing that might need to be modified are the safety chains if they are too short.

I am pretty sure my Father in law is using one with his new mega dually and their gooseneck Horse trailer.

I just bought one a couple of days ago to put on my horse trailer. I bought the (SB1) 9 inch extension for gooseneck. Have not had a chance to pull the trailer yet but the product itself is very heavy duty and well built.
