2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission POS HELP door pin and bushings

I bought some HELP! brand door hing repair kits from advance auto, kit #38423. How in the hell is it supposed to help me if the kit doesn't even fit? the pins are the wrong diameter and so are the bushings. It doesn't make any sense to me to sell a specific kit for a vehicle and then not even have it fit. If i am supposed to drill out my doors just to fit some kit then that is disgusting. I'm not afraid to dig into my truck and make modifications, but it is rediculous to go messing around with that stuff when they could just, I don't know, MAKE IT FIT. aaaahHHHHH just venting i guess, but is there any better fitting kits?
