2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission POS Stock Slider Latch

Anyone have a lead for a "real" latch for the stock 4 piece slider window? The plastic POS one is just about bit the dust. Hopeful there's a metal one out there that'll srew on where the stock on is. Thanks

OK since there's no reply on a better mouse trap - anyone know if just the stock latch is available?
