Possible causes of clicking, ?TQ

Brother took his 2005 in as it was making a clicking sound up front at idle. Initial shop said nothing related to the motor, possibly the transmission. Pulled the inspection plate and nothing obvious around the TQ. Does the TQ spin at idle, could it be a broken TQ fin. What would make a clicking sound at idle? Thanks

Could easily just be the blue plastic clamp that holds the #4 injector feed line tight is loose...COMMON problem.
Can be fixed by tightening the 8mm bolt on the clamp.
