Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Possible TPS problem/Plus..

Ok I believe I have a TPS problem, when running down the highway, I get rpm fluctuation jumps (100-200rpms). The TPS I have is only 6 months old, but I know they need to be cleaned frequently. The question is, clean them with What? Second problem is, when it is frigid round here, the ABS and Brake idiot lights will illuminate. They go out shortly there after. Is this something to worry about? My thanks to all That reply, u guys are the Best:

I had a problem with my abs and brake light lighting intermittently, so I changed the sensor and it didn't help. Then I changed the abs module and it didn't help. Finally I figured out that it was the short wire harness that runs from the frame to the sensor on the axle. My 96 has a very weak plug that is on the axle side. I tried to wire tie it and it didn't work. I just got a new wire harness (about 16") from Ma Mopar and the lights went out. Hope this helps.
