Could this be added??

When I post a thread the timestamp of the website and my time are way off.

Example, I posted a new thread early this morning (3-4am) and it showed as a post from the previous day. Early in the day it got shifted in order. This puts the post back so far there is little or no response. Please help correct this problem. Thanks, Ponz

Posts are entered into the system at the time that you hit the submit button and are time stamped with UTC time - everyones clock is exactly the same. What time you see on your screen is based on the time zone that you set in your control panel. Posts will not get shifted in order. When you submit a post until someone else submits a post yours will be the newest one in the system. I show that you posted your "Clutch Problems" post at 6:24 am eastern time. I don't know where you are located but you have your time zone currently set for GMT (UTC) time which is the world clock. Pull down the discussion forums menu to user control panel and then click on edit options on the left. Scroll down and you will see the time zone options. Again - that will not affect where your post appears in any way shape or form. Every time you see on the site will be shifted to reflect your time zone so that you see accurate times to your local clock.

Steve, thanks for the directions. I was not aware of the setting location and have since changed it. I'll still have to say that after I had posted the thread went from where it was to below posts from previous days. This was from yesterday morning to yesterday evening. Thanks for your help, Ponz
