How do I make pics in my readers rigs actually show up on a post? When I put the hyperlink into #ad
all I get is a link and no pic. What do I do?

You can't use vB IMG tags, you have to use html. Like Mark said if you click on forum codes below your picture it'll give you the exact code that you can cut and paste into a thread for the picture to show.
