I moved into a new storage this week and the washboard road and potholed road construction out there actually killed the engine or tempory loss of power I guess. What am I looking for here folks? Is this a fuel shutoff solenoid issue?

Check both wires on the start/stop solenoid as first place to start..... it doesn't matter which wire connects to which teminal on the solenoid as long as both are on firmly.

bob...

I tightened the wiring to everything at the pump and went back to the gawdaweful road. I still have the issue although I believe it is well above and beyond the realm of normal driving conditions. That wire was loose, Thanks for the tip. If it is still doing it is that wire the culprit still or is that solenoid showing signs of issues to come? The truck has 290,000 miles, I am the second owner and have faith in the old girl, just want to stay ahead of the game so-to-speak.
