How do you add these to the "build my vehicle" section of the Dodge web site?

The reason I'm asking... ..... I'm trying to build a 1 ton Laramie minus the rear slide window and ESOF.

I'm not sure what the problem might be. I just went to the Dodge web site, selected to build a 1 ton Laramie and clicked on the heated seats and rear-window defrost options when that page came up. No problem.



I had heard that the rear-window defroster resulted in no sliding rear window but it isn't clear that this is the case at the Dodge website.



Pardon what is probably a stupid question but what is ESOF?

Electronic Shift On Fly, I'd prefer to shift manually, also one less thing to potentially break. Saw an ESOF mishap on a F**d once that resulted in a shredded front end, wasn't pretty.



I'd like to get a Laramie without the ESOF (included in the package), or a SLT with leather and power/heated seats. The Dodge site won't allow either combination. I've got the dealer working on it. Thanks anyway.
